How to get started
Getting started is simple. Follow three easy steps: book your 2 free trial classes, choose a suitable class with head coach Marcin, and join us at Schothorsterlaan 76 in Amersfoort.
What can you expect in class?
Your coach will explain each technique before you practise it in a controlled way with a partner. You will then have the opportunity to apply what you have learned, at a level appropriate to the class and your experience. Respect and cooperation are central to every session.
Which class is right for you?
Fundamentals: build your foundations and understanding of key positions. A natural starting point for beginners.
All Levels: train with members of different experience levels. If you are unsure, ask us which class would suit you best.
Open Mat: time for independent practice and sparring. Check your eligibility in Trainin; participation on Sundays is by arrangement.
