Meet Marcin, Paweł and Ewelina. Our team supports adults and children, from their first BJJ class to training for competition. Technique, respect and enjoyment are at the heart of our approach.
Marcin Kasprzyk

Marcin combines international competition experience with personal attention. He helps beginners and competitors develop technique, confidence and control on the mat.
He has trained BJJ since 2017 and taught children and adults since 2018. Through Kemail Verhoeven, he became part of Renzo Gracie Holland. He has held the rank of black belt since 2026.

Paweł Siwula
Coach · Purple belt
Paweł began training martial arts and grappling in 2008 at Gracie Barra Bastion Tychy in Poland. After time away from BJJ, he rediscovered his passion for the sport and for teaching at Renzo Gracie Amersfoort.
He continues to train, compete and develop his jiu-jitsu. He brings that commitment to every class: practising together, continuing to learn and improving step by step.
Competition experience
As a blue belt, Paweł won gold in Gi Master at the AGF European Championships. In 2022, he also earned two No-Gi Master bronze medals at AJP tournaments in the Netherlands.

Ewelina Kasprzyk
Kids BJJ coach · Blue belt
Ewelina has trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 2022 and coaches children at Renzo Gracie Amersfoort. Kids BJJ is about enjoying movement, practising together and building confidence on the mat.
Alongside teaching, Ewelina has gained practical coaching experience by accompanying Marcin to competitions and supporting his preparations. She understands the commitment and attention needed to work towards a goal.
