Do I need experience?

No. Beginners are welcome. Tell us it is your first class and we will help you choose a suitable session.

What is the difference between Gi and No-Gi?

BJJ Gi is trained in a kimono, with grips on the jacket and trousers. BJJ No-Gi is trained without a kimono, usually in a rashguard and sports shorts. Both develop control, escapes and submissions.

How do I book the two free trial classes?

Visit our trial class page to register. Choose a suitable class in the schedule and arrive a little early. Contact us if you would like help.

Which Kids BJJ group suits my child?

Contact us with your child's age and experience. We will help you choose a suitable group and arrange a trial class.

How does the family discount work?

With 3 or more active family memberships, every family member receives €5 off per month. Three members save €15 together; four members save €20.

Are there special membership rates?

Youth and first responders receive €10 off per month. The first responder discount applies to police, fire and ambulance personnel. Contact us before registering to arrange the right membership.
